Yes, it’s a tribute to the enema, apparently honoring the main industry of an area in the Caucasus mountains region of Russia.
The spa where the bronze monument resides also strung a banner across the front of the building that says, “Let’s beat constipation and sloppiness with enemas”.
Is that a mandate or a backdoor backhanded compliment to his staff?
I’m not changing my vacation plans.
